How does it work?

• If you book a stay of 5 or more nights through our website or our call center, you will receive a free roundtrip airport to hotel transfer.

• Book your free transfer using the promo code TFREE5 when you book. Valid exclusively for hotel-only reservations.

• Once your reservation is confirmed, request your free transfer by sending an email to callcenter.mx@sandos.com

• If your stay is less than 5 nights and/or you have made your reservation through an agency or other intermediaries you can get your transfer at an additional cost.

Important:

• You can reserve up to 48 hours before your arrival

• If you decide not to use the free transfer; please inform us directly about your plans to cancel the transfer

• All cancellations and modifications must be made on through the website here 

• If you modify your reservation, the cost of the transfer may be affected

• You must book your vacation either directly through the website (www.sandos.com) or with our call center; you will not be eligible for the free shuttle transport if you book through a travel agency.
